Description

Hard Water Before It Reaches Your Faucet

Hard water arrives silently at every city-supplied home, carrying calcium and magnesium minerals through each faucet, appliance, and fixture. Even municipal treatment doesn't remove these scale-forming minerals. Over time, those invisible deposits crystallize inside water heaters, reduce flow through pipes, and leave residue on every surface water touches. The cost appears gradually—higher energy bills, shortened appliance life, rough laundry, dry skin.

The AquaProTec™ Prime 32K City Water Bundle addresses hardness at the point of entry, treating water before damage spreads. This system begins with the AQUAREX™ sediment filter to capture particulates, follows with catalytic carbon to reduce chlorine and disinfection byproducts, and delivers ion-exchange softening using cross-linked resin engineered for consistent mineral removal. The system concludes with the AquaVRay™ UV stage, ensuring microbial protection for drinking water. Each stage is sequenced to work together, not independently.

This configuration suits compact city homes—approximately 1,000 square feet—with one to two occupants and standard municipal pressure between 50 and 70 PSI. It's built for one bathroom, moderate daily use, and households where hardness, chlorine taste, and basic sediment are the primary concerns. While this bundle offers whole house water softener systems protection, homes with higher occupancy or more demanding conditions should evaluate capacity carefully before installation.

Certified Components, American Construction

The Prime 32K system uses WQA Gold Seal certified components meeting NSF/ANSI standards 44, 61, and 372, built to comply with low-lead regulations and plumbing material safety. The INDOCARB® E124 catalytic carbon handles chlorine and chloramine reduction with greater kinetic activity than standard activated carbon. Cross-linked Aldex C-800 resin delivers consistent ion exchange across a range of water chemistries and flow demands.

The Clack WS1 control valve manages regeneration cycles with precision—monitoring usage, initiating backwash sequences, and resetting the resin bed without manual intervention. This valve operates on 110V transformer power and integrates with a standard ¾" or 1" NPT connection. System dimensions accommodate limited mechanical spaces: a 9"x48" mineral tank, 18"x36" brine tank, and a total footprint measuring 16"L × 60"W × 55"H.

Each gallon treated passes through sequenced stages—sediment capture removes particles before they reach media beds, catalytic carbon intercepts oxidants and organic compounds, softening resin exchanges hardness ions for sodium, and UV exposure inactivates microbial DNA. This layered approach ensures water reaching your taps is clearer, softer, and safer than municipal supply alone. For commercial environments requiring higher flow, commercial water treatment solutions offer configurations designed for extended duty cycles and larger capacity demands.

Softer Water, Cleaner Living

After installation, soap lathers easily. Glassware dries without cloudy spots. Showerheads remain free of mineral crust. Laundry feels softer with less detergent, and water heaters operate more efficiently without scale insulation reducing heat transfer. These aren't dramatic transformations—they're the quiet restoration of how water should perform when hardness and chemical residue are removed before distribution.

Maintenance requirements are straightforward: add salt to the brine tank as needed, inspect the injector and screen every six to twelve months, and replace UV lamps annually to maintain disinfection effectiveness. Backwash cycles occur automatically based on programmed volume or time intervals, flushing accumulated sediment and restoring resin capacity without manual reset.

This is water treatment done correctly—not through sales pressure, but through engineering matched to actual conditions. Pure Water. Pure Trust.
