6.3 Warranty Limitations for Business Use
- Business Purchases are covered only by the express terms of the AQUALIVIA™ Warranty Policy.
- No implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, apply to commercial or industrial applications.
- AQUALIVIA™’s total liability for a claim related to business or professional use shall not exceed the purchase price of the Product in question.
- We are not liable for downtime, loss of production, business interruption, or profit loss arising from use, misuse, or failure of Products.
6.4 Compliance & Installation Responsibility
Commercial Buyers must ensure:
- Proper installation by qualified or certified technicians.
- Compliance with applicable plumbing, electrical, environmental, and safety codes.
- Appropriate maintenance schedules and recordkeeping for system servicing.
AQUALIVIA™ shall not be held responsible for damages or malfunctions caused by improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or neglected maintenance.

AQUALIVIA™ systems are engineered for high performance and reliability. However, when used for business, industrial, or institutional purposes, installation must be performed by a qualified professional. Warranty coverage may differ from residential use.
AQUALIVIA™ is not responsible for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including lost profits or production delays, resulting from commercial or professional use.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.

AQUALIVIA™ shall not be liable for delays or failures to perform caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, supply shortages, carrier disruptions, labor shortages, or governmental restrictions.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected by an updated Effective Date.
Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

AQUALIVIA™ Media Service Life Disclaimer
Service life information provided by AQUALIVIA™ represents general industry expectations intended solely for educational and design-guidance purposes.
Estimated “maximum service life” values describe the approximate upper range of useful performance under favorable operating conditions, including proper pretreatment, regeneration or backwash, moderate loading, and protection from oxidants or fouling agents.
Actual lifespan of treatment media, including ion exchange resins, granular or catalytic carbons, oxidation and filtration media, adsorptive media, and mechanical depth filters, may differ substantially due to variations in water chemistry, temperature, flow rate, oxidant exposure, backwash hydraulics, and maintenance frequency.
AQUALIVIA™ does not warrant or guarantee specific media longevity or performance outcomes. All figures are nominal estimates and are not assurances of actual service duration, capacity retention, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Users are responsible for validating performance through manufacturer datasheets, field testing, and compliance with local codes and operating standards. Replacement or refurbishment should be based on measured parameters such as effluent quality, differential pressure, hardness or contaminant leakage, rather than calendar time alone.
AQUALIVIA™ and its affiliates assume no liability for direct or consequential damages arising from reliance on estimated service-life data. These values are provided in good faith to assist in system design, maintenance planning, and comparison of treatment technologies.
