The AQUALIVIA™ Whole House Reverse Osmosis System for City Water is engineered to produce purified water throughout the home by combining advanced reverse osmosis technology with atmospheric storage, pressure management, and post-treatment conditioning. Every stage is designed to work together, delivering consistent water quality while supporting long-term system reliability.
Complete Whole-House Reverse Osmosis Treatment
Water first passes through pre-treatment that helps protect the reverse osmosis membranes by reducing chlorine, chloramines, and other contaminants that can shorten membrane life. The commercial-grade reverse osmosis system then reduces dissolved minerals, salts, and a broad range of contaminants before purified water is stored in a 325 or 500 gallon atmospheric storage tank, depending on the selected model.
A DAB E.syBox Mini 3 booster pump delivers consistent water pressure throughout the home, while a calcite pH neutralizer helps restore balanced water after the reverse osmosis process. Every component is engineered to operate as a complete integrated system, providing dependable performance for whole-home water purification.

"System only" means the unit is covered, but the filters, membranes, cartridges, and lamps inside it are consumables.
What's not covered
- Consumables and wear items: filters, resins, membranes, UV lamps, cartridges, and salt (except a defect on arrival)
- Damage caused by misuse, freezing, flooding, storms, power surges, or improper installation
- Damage caused by a non-AQUALIVIA part, or by operating the system outside normal water conditions or its rated specification
- Installation, labor, plumbing, and property costs
Using a non-AQUALIVIA replacement filter or part does not by itself void your warranty. What is not covered is damage that such a part actually causes.
Reverse osmosis, please note
Under-sink RO systems require professional installation, and we strongly recommend a leak sensor with automatic shutoff in the cabinet. Please read the RO Installation Requirements before installing.
