All affiliate promotional content (social posts, reels, video, blog articles, reviews, email, podcasts, and AI-assisted content) needs approval before it publishes. Approving one piece doesn't auto-approve materially modified or future content.
Affiliate disclosure
Affiliates must clearly disclose the relationship, for example: "I may earn a commission if you purchase through my link." Disclosures must be clear, noticeable, and placed with the endorsement, following FTC and platform rules.

How much can I earn?
There's no guaranteed income, but AQUALIVIA's higher-value equipment means single referrals can generate meaningful commissions: for example, $2,000 in eligible revenue equals a $300 commission at 15%, before any adjustments.
How are sales tracked and commissions paid?
Sales are tracked through Shopify Collabs using your approved link or discount code. Commissions are paid automatically through Shopify Collabs once you complete the required payout setup.
What is the 34-day holding period?
Commissions stay pending for 34 days. Canceled or fully refunded orders in that window may have their commission automatically canceled, and transactions may be reviewed.
Do I need to own an AQUALIVIA product to apply?
Not necessarily. We evaluate audience, content, professional background, and brand fit. You may never claim personal experience with a product you haven't actually used.
Do I need a large following?
No. Audience relevance and trust can matter more than follower count. A smaller, highly relevant homeowner or trade audience can be an excellent fit.
Can bloggers, YouTubers, and TikTok/IG creators apply?
Yes, provided your promotional methods comply with the Affiliate Program Terms.
Can plumbers, contractors, and water professionals apply?
Yes, subject to program approval and any applicable licensing, disclosure, or legal requirements.
Can my audience get a discount?
Possibly. Qualified affiliates may receive an approved customer discount code; discounts aren't guaranteed and can vary by affiliate or campaign.
Can I run paid ads?
Not without prior written permission from AQUALIVIA. Unauthorized paid advertising is prohibited.
Does AQUALIVIA provide content or approve mine?
Approved affiliates may receive product images, video, and other brand materials. All affiliate promotional content requires AQUALIVIA's approval before publication.
Can I promote AQUALIVIA outside the U.S.?
The program currently focuses on U.S.-based affiliates and the U.S. market. International opportunities may be considered in the future.
Can I buy through my own link, or can friends/family?
Self-referral commissions are prohibited; contact us directly for a personal-purchase discount instead. Legitimate, independent purchases from friends or family can qualify if they comply with the Program Terms and aren't used to circumvent the self-referral rule.
Can I sell AQUALIVIA products on Amazon, eBay, or another marketplace?
Not without prior written authorization. Affiliate participation doesn't make you an authorized reseller, dealer, distributor, or marketplace seller.
