Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

AQUALIVIA LLC ("AQUALIVIA," "we," "us") respects your privacy choices. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information for targeted advertising, including under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended (CPRA) and similar laws in states such as Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and others. This page explains that right and how to exercise it. It works together with our Privacy Policy.
What "Sale" and "Sharing" Mean Here
We do not sell your personal information for money. However, like many online stores, we use advertising and analytics cookies and pixels (for example from Google, Facebook/Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest) that may transfer certain identifiers and browsing activity to those platforms to show you relevant ads. Under some state laws, that activity can be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising. You can opt out of it.
How to Opt Out
Two ways to opt out
1. Email us. Send a request to info@aqualivia.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information." Include the name and email associated with your account or orders so we can locate your record. We will process your request and confirm.
2. Adjust cookies in your browser. You can limit advertising cookies through your browser settings and through each platform's ad settings (Google Ad Settings, Facebook Ad Preferences, and the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out portal at optout.networkadvertising.org). If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out request for that browser and device where required by law.
What Happens After You Opt Out
Once we process your request, we will stop sharing your personal information with advertising platforms for targeted advertising to the extent required by law. You may still see ads, but they will not be tailored based on the shared information. Opting out does not affect transactional processing needed to fulfill your orders or provide customer service.
Other Privacy Rights
Depending on your state, you may also have the right to know what personal information we collect, to access it, to correct it, or to request its deletion. To exercise any of these, email info@aqualivia.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We do not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right. If you would like an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, we may ask for proof of authorization and to verify your identity.
Verification
To protect your information, we may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests. We will only use information you provide for a request to verify and respond to it.
