This system addresses both iron and sulfur contamination simultaneously through three coordinated treatment stages designed to work as a unified solution.

Stage 1: AQUAREX™ Sediment Filter captures suspended particles, dirt, and debris before they reach downstream media. This initial barrier protects the entire system from premature fouling and ensures consistent flow to the catalytic media bed.

Stage 2: Katalox Light® Catalytic Media oxidizes dissolved iron, manganese, and hydrogen sulfide without added chemicals. This high-performance media captures oxidized particles while neutralizing odor-causing compounds, ensuring water clarity and freshness across the entire treatment cycle. The media bed is designed to handle the specific iron and sulfur concentrations found in residential well systems with a 48,000-grain capacity, making it ideal for households with 2 to 3 occupants. The 10" x 54" mineral tank houses 1.5 cubic feet of Katalox Light and INDOCARB® E124 carbon media, engineered for reliable performance in two-story homes with standard water pressure of 50 to 70 PSI.

Stage 3: AquaVRay™ UV Disinfection System provides a final chemical-free barrier against bacteria, viruses, and microorganisms, ensuring water safety without altering taste or introducing residual chemicals. The UV stage completes the system by addressing biological contaminants that often appear alongside iron and sulfur in well water.

Each component is selected for durability and certified for safety. The system operates through an automatic Clack WS1 control valve built in an ISO 9001:2000 certified facility. NSF/ANSI 44 and 372 certified materials ensure compliance with drinking water standards.
