The Engineered Defense Against City Water Problems

This system follows a precise treatment sequence. Water first passes through the AQUAREX™ Sediment Filter, removing sand, dirt, and particulate matter that would otherwise clog downstream equipment and scratch fixtures. Capturing sediment early protects every component that follows and extends the life of the entire system.

Next, water enters the AquaProTec™ Carbon Filter with 2.5 cubic feet of INDOCARB® E124 Catalytic Carbon. This NSF-certified media is engineered to reduce chlorine, chloramines, VOCs, THMs, HAAs, and organic compounds that cause taste and odor issues. Unlike standard carbon, catalytic carbon targets chloramines effectively, making it the correct choice for modern municipal disinfection methods. From there, water flows into the ScaleProTec™ Salt-Free Conditioning Tank with FILTERSORB® SP3 media. This system does not remove hardness minerals but instead transforms their crystalline structure, preventing them from bonding to surfaces and forming scale. This approach delivers effective scale control without salt, wastewater, or regeneration cycles. It is WQA Gold Seal Certified and operates continuously at flow rates up to 27 gallons per minute at 15 psi pressure drop.

Finally, the AquaVRay™ UV System provides a chemical-free barrier against bacteria, viruses, and other microorganisms. UV light deactivates microbial DNA, preventing reproduction and ensuring water safety before it reaches any tap. This final stage completes the defense, especially important for households with immune-compromised individuals or seasonal water quality variability.

Every component is Made in the USA and backed by third-party certification. The Clack WS1 valve manages regeneration for the carbon filter. The descaler operates continuously with no electrical requirement. The UV controller includes visual indicators for lamp status and system health.
