Description
The Invisible Chemical Cocktail in Commercial Water
Municipal water supplies serve commercial operations with the same disinfection chemistry used in homes, but at exponentially higher volumes. Chlorine, trihalomethanes, haloacetic acids, volatile organic compounds, and dozens of synthetic pollutants pass through treatment plants designed for basic pathogen control, not advanced contaminant removal. What arrives at your facility meets minimum safety standards but still carries chemical residues that affect taste, equipment lifespan, and operational consistency.
In restaurants, cafes, and hospitality settings, chlorine taste damages beverage quality and customer satisfaction. In manufacturing and processing environments, disinfection byproducts interfere with product consistency and corrode sensitive components. Standard sediment filters and carbon cartridges reduce some chlorine temporarily, but they cannot sustain performance under commercial flow demands or address the deeper contamination layers found in modern municipal supplies. That is where the AquaProTec Elite 300K Commercial Catalytic Carbon Filter begins, with a massive 15-cubic-foot catalytic carbon bed engineered not to mask symptoms but to actively oxidize and remove the compounds other systems leave behind. For operations requiring comprehensive municipal treatment across multiple stages, explore our Complete City Water Treatment Systems designed for coordinated whole-facility improvement.
The Certified Solution: Catalytic Oxidation Meets American Engineering
This is not standard granular carbon. The AquaProTec Elite 300K employs specialized catalytic carbon media, a highly reactive filtration material that actively breaks down chloramines, phenols, polyaromatic hydrocarbons, and disinfection byproducts through enhanced surface oxidation. Unlike traditional carbon that relies solely on adsorption and saturates quickly under heavy use, catalytic carbon accelerates chemical breakdown, neutralizing contaminants at the molecular level before they reach your equipment, customers, or products.
Mounted in a commercial-grade 24" x 72" mineral tank, the system delivers flow rates up to 75 GPM, sufficient for multi-bathroom facilities, commercial kitchens, laundromats, car washes, and light industrial applications without sacrificing pressure during peak demand periods. The robust Clack WS2 (2-inch) control valve automates backwash cycles to maintain media performance, extending bed life and ensuring contaminant removal remains consistent year after year under continuous operation. Built in the USA with NSF/ANSI certified components, including NSF Standard 61 compliance for material safety and WQA Gold Seal certification for performance verification, every stage meets the rigorous standards required of professional-grade commercial equipment. Pure Water Living: The Result You Experience Daily
Water treated through the AquaProTec Elite 300K no longer carries the sharp bite of chlorine or the lingering haze of chemical residue. Beverage quality improves across coffee, tea, fountain drinks, and ice. Cooking water no longer imparts off-flavors to soups, sauces, or steamed foods. Equipment corrosion slows. Dishwashers operate more efficiently with cleaner rinse cycles. Laundry emerges fresher without absorbing odors. Customers notice the difference in taste, and equipment maintenance intervals extend.
These are not minor conveniences. They represent fundamental improvements to how your facility experiences water every day, across food preparation, customer service, cleaning, and production. With a service life extending beyond 10 years under proper maintenance, the system protects not only product quality but also the plumbing, appliances, and infrastructure that depend on clean water flowing through them. Pure Water. Pure Trust.

Warranty
AQUALIVIA Warranty
At AQUALIVIA, we stand behind the quality of our water treatment systems. Every product is built to last, and we are proud to offer strong warranty coverage for peace of mind. You deal with one company: us. AQUALIVIA is your warrantor, so there is no manufacturer to chase and no one else to negotiate with. One claim, one contact.
What's covered
Coverage is parts-only, for the original purchaser, and runs from the delivery date.
Tanks and core components:
- Mineral tanks: 10 years (up to 13" x 54"), 5 years for larger tanks
- Control valves: 5 years
- Brine tanks: 5 years
- Accessories and components: 1 year
By product:
- AQUAREX Whole House Filter: 5 years
- OZONEX Ozone Systems: 1 year
- AquaVRay UV Systems: 1 year
- HydroClear: 1 year (system only)
- AquaRevive Holding Tank: 3 years
- AquaRevive Reverse Osmosis: 1 year (system only)
Every system: 30-day defect-on-arrival guarantee
"System only" means the unit is covered, but the filters, membranes, cartridges, and lamps inside it are consumables.
What's not covered
- Consumables and wear items: filters, resins, membranes, UV lamps, cartridges, and salt (except a defect on arrival)
- Damage caused by misuse, freezing, flooding, storms, power surges, or improper installation
- Damage caused by a non-AQUALIVIA part, or by operating the system outside normal water conditions or its rated specification
- Installation, labor, plumbing, and property costs
Using a non-AQUALIVIA replacement filter or part does not by itself void your warranty. What is not covered is damage that such a part actually causes.
Reverse osmosis, please note
Under-sink RO systems require professional installation, and we strongly recommend a leak sensor with automatic shutoff in the cabinet. Please read the RO Installation Requirements before installing.
