Description
The Hidden Cost of Under-Protected Commercial Infrastructure
When water demand exceeds 300,000 grains of hardness removal per cycle, standard residential equipment fails. Scale accumulates faster than regeneration cycles can manage, leading to downtime, equipment damage, and inconsistent service. Commercial environments amplify hard water consequences: boilers clog, dishwashers streak, laundry loses quality, and maintenance costs multiply. A 10,000-square-foot facility drawing municipal water with moderate hardness will process over 100,000 gallons monthly. Without commercial-grade softening capacity, mineral buildup becomes structural damage.
The EVOSOFT™ Elite 600K addresses this reality with industrial engineering rarely seen outside process water applications. Its dual alternating design ensures uninterrupted soft water, even during regeneration. Each tank contains 17 cubic feet of Aldex C-800 10% crosslinked resin, chemically fortified to withstand chlorine, temperature fluctuations, and the mechanical stress of continuous regeneration. The Clack WS2 (2-inch) valve sustains 75 gallons per minute without pressure loss, ensuring uninterrupted flow even during peak demand. This system is built for multi-unit residential complexes, restaurants, hospitality operations, and light industrial facilities where water is not just consumed but integral to operations.
The Certified Solution
Most commercial failures trace back to valve limitations or resin degradation under sustained load. The EVOSOFT™ Elite 600K eliminates both vulnerabilities through proven design. The Clack WS2 control valve, engineered specifically for high-capacity systems, delivers precise metered regeneration based on actual water usage, not guesswork. Its 2-inch valve body reduces backpressure and allows proper backwash at 80 gallons per minute, critical for maintaining resin bed integrity over years of operation.
Aldex C-800 resin represents the upper threshold of ion exchange technology. Its 10% crosslink structure provides exceptional hardness removal capacity while resisting osmotic shock and chlorine degradation, conditions that destroy standard 8% resin within months in commercial settings. This resin maintains exchange efficiency across thousands of regeneration cycles, reducing salt consumption and extending service life beyond ten years when properly maintained. Made in the USA with NSF/ANSI 44 and NSF/ANSI/CAN Standard 61 certifications, every component meets stringent safety and performance standards required for commercial water softener systems for scale control.
The heavy-duty mineral tanks, constructed to withstand 20 to 125 psi operating pressure, handle the thermal and mechanical stress commercial environments impose. Unlike undersized residential tanks forced into commercial duty, this system operates within engineered tolerances that prevent tank failure and structural fatigue. The included bypass valve, premium-grade brine tank, and professional fittings ensure installation integrity and long-term reliability under demanding conditions.
Pure Water Living
Scale-free plumbing extends equipment lifespan by decades. Boilers operate at designed efficiency. Dishwashers leave glassware spotless. Laundry services maintain fabric quality without heavy detergent use. Guests notice the difference in shower comfort and towel softness. Energy costs drop as water heaters no longer insulate themselves with mineral deposits. Maintenance intervals extend. Replacement costs decrease. Operations become predictable. This is not luxury, it is calculated infrastructure protection. When a commercial water heater costs $8,000 to replace prematurely, or a boiler repair shuts down operations for three days, the cost of proper water treatment becomes negligible. The EVOSOFT™ Elite 600K delivers consistent, measurable protection across every water-dependent system in the facility. Pure Water. Pure Trust.

Warranty
AQUALIVIA Warranty
At AQUALIVIA, we stand behind the quality of our water treatment systems. Every product is built to last, and we are proud to offer strong warranty coverage for peace of mind. You deal with one company: us. AQUALIVIA is your warrantor, so there is no manufacturer to chase and no one else to negotiate with. One claim, one contact.
What's covered
Coverage is parts-only, for the original purchaser, and runs from the delivery date.
Tanks and core components:
- Mineral tanks: 10 years (up to 13" x 54"), 5 years for larger tanks
- Control valves: 5 years
- Brine tanks: 5 years
- Accessories and components: 1 year
By product:
- AQUAREX Whole House Filter: 5 years
- OZONEX Ozone Systems: 1 year

- AquaRevive Holding Tank: 3 years
- AquaRevive Reverse Osmosis: 1 year (system only)
Every system: 30-day defect-on-arrival guarantee
"System only" means the unit is covered, but the filters, membranes, cartridges, and lamps inside it are consumables.
What's not covered
- Consumables and wear items: filters, resins, membranes, UV lamps, cartridges, and salt (except a defect on arrival)
- Damage caused by misuse, freezing, flooding, storms, power surges, or improper installation
- Damage caused by a non-AQUALIVIA part, or by operating the system outside normal water conditions or its rated specification
- Installation, labor, plumbing, and property costs
Using a non-AQUALIVIA replacement filter or part does not by itself void your warranty. What is not covered is damage that such a part actually causes.
Reverse osmosis, please note
Under-sink RO systems require professional installation, and we strongly recommend a leak sensor with automatic shutoff in the cabinet. Please read the RO Installation Requirements before installing.
