Following conditioning, water passes through an INDOCARB® E124 catalytic carbon filter that reduces chlorine, disinfection by-products such as THMs and HAA5, and organic contaminants that affect taste and odor. Both stages operate continuously without electricity, backwashing, or chemical addition.

The system includes dual 12" × 52" mineral tanks, each filled with 2 cubic feet of media, and a Clack WS1 control valve that manages flow direction. All components are built to NSF/ANSI Standard 61 for materials safety and NSF/ANSI 44 for performance. The system delivers up to 27 gallons per minute at a 15 psi pressure drop, supporting multi-story homes with standard municipal pressure between 50 and 70 psi.
