Description
The Invisible Enemy in Commercial Well Water
Commercial well water rarely meets basic quality standards. Iron concentrations above 5 ppm leave rust-colored trails across restrooms, kitchens, and service areas. Hydrogen sulfide releases the unmistakable rotten egg smell that fills facilities during peak usage. Manganese stains plumbing black and promotes biofilm growth. Together, these contaminants accelerate corrosion in boilers, cooling systems, and process equipment. Treating symptoms with spot filtration does not stop the damage. Understanding the scope of contamination is the only way forward. Learn more about iron and rust stain removal solutions and sulfur odor removal for well water.
The WellFusion™ Elite 300K is engineered for operations where iron, sulfur, and manganese exceed the capacity of residential-grade filtration systems. This is not a partial solution. It oxidizes dissolved contaminants, filters oxidized particles, and neutralizes odor-causing compounds before water reaches a single fixture, process line, or equipment connection.
The Certified Engineering Behind 300,000-Grain Capacity
At the core of this system lies 15 cubic feet of Aldex C-800 10% crosslinked ion exchange resin, a professional-grade softening and filtration media housed in a NSF/ANSI certified 24" × 72" mineral tank. This high-capacity tank supports flow rates up to 75 gallons per minute while maintaining optimal contact time for iron, sulfur, and manganese removal. The crosslinked resin structure resists fouling and maintains ionic exchange efficiency even under aggressive well water conditions that destroy standard media within months.
The system operates through a Clack WS2 (2") control valve, a commercial-grade controller precision-engineered in the USA to automate backwash cycles based on water usage, time intervals, and regeneration demand. This valve ensures consistent regeneration without manual intervention, reducing maintenance demands while extending media life. Backwash flow rates reach 80 gallons per minute, ensuring complete bed expansion and media cleaning during regeneration cycles.
The entire assembly is built in Florida using ISO 9001:2000 certified components that meet NSF/ANSI Standard 372 for lead-free compliance and NSF/ANSI 44 certification for water softening performance. Operating pressure ranges from 20 to 125 psi, with optimal performance between 50 and 70 psi. Operating temperatures span 40°F to 110°F, supporting year-round operation in unheated utility spaces. This is not generic filtration. This is Proudly Made in the USA equipment designed for high-concentration well water challenges in commercial environments where downtime costs money and reliability protects operations.
Pure Water Living: The Operational Transformation
After installation, the change is immediate. Restrooms no longer release sulfur vapors during peak hours. Laundry emerges white, not orange. Process water tastes neutral and clean. The WellFusion™ Elite 300K removes contaminants at the molecular level, protecting water heaters, boilers, cooling towers, and process equipment from ongoing corrosion and staining. Customers no longer notice odor. Plumbing operates efficiently. Water pressure remains consistent across all zones and fixtures.
This system supports commercial facilities up to approximately 10,000 square feet with moderate to high water demand. It is designed for multi-story buildings, hotels, restaurants, manufacturing facilities, and agricultural operations with standard well pressure (20 to 80 psi) and handles seasonal demand fluctuations without performance degradation. Service life exceeds 10 to 15 years when maintained according to manufacturer guidelines. Backwash cycles are fully automated. Media replacement is straightforward. The system operates quietly in the background, delivering results you see, smell, and taste every day. Pure Water. Pure Trust.

At AQUALIVIA, we stand behind the quality of our water treatment systems. Every product is built to last, and we are proud to offer strong warranty coverage for peace of mind. You deal with one company: us. AQUALIVIA is your warrantor, so there is no manufacturer to chase and no one else to negotiate with. One claim, one contact.
What's covered
Coverage is parts-only, for the original purchaser, and runs from the delivery date.
Tanks and core components:
- Mineral tanks: 10 years (up to 13" x 54"), 5 years for larger tanks
- Control valves: 5 years
- Brine tanks: 5 years
- Accessories and components: 1 year

Every system: 30-day defect-on-arrival guarantee
"System only" means the unit is covered, but the filters, membranes, cartridges, and lamps inside it are consumables.
What's not covered
- Consumables and wear items: filters, resins, membranes, UV lamps, cartridges, and salt (except a defect on arrival)
- Damage caused by misuse, freezing, flooding, storms, power surges, or improper installation
- Damage caused by a non-AQUALIVIA part, or by operating the system outside normal water conditions or its rated specification
- Installation, labor, plumbing, and property costs
Using a non-AQUALIVIA replacement filter or part does not by itself void your warranty. What is not covered is damage that such a part actually causes.
Reverse osmosis, please note
Under-sink RO systems require professional installation, and we strongly recommend a leak sensor with automatic shutoff in the cabinet. Please read the RO Installation Requirements before installing.
