Description
The Hidden Cost of Untreated Well Water
In commercial and large residential environments, well water contamination does not simply cause inconvenience. It creates operational failure. Iron concentrations exceeding 3 ppm deposit rust-colored stains across sinks, showers, and laundry facilities. Hydrogen sulfide releases the unmistakable rotten egg odor that fills guest rooms, kitchens, and common areas during peak usage. Manganese discolors fixtures black and accelerates corrosion throughout plumbing infrastructure. Combined, these contaminants promote iron bacteria growth, clog distribution lines, and damage water-dependent equipment with accelerating costs over time.
The WellFusion™ Elite 600K is engineered for properties where iron, sulfur, and manganese loads exceed the capacity of residential-grade systems. This is not partial mitigation. It oxidizes dissolved contaminants, filters oxidized particles, and neutralizes odor-causing compounds before water reaches a single fixture across the entire facility. To better understand how these contaminants affect operations, explore iron and rust stain removal solutions and sulfur odor removal for well water.
Aldex C-800 Cross-Linked Resin and 3-Inch Control Engineering
At the core of this system lies Aldex C-800 10% cross-linked ion exchange resin, a premium softening and filtration media engineered for high-capacity iron removal and extended service life under aggressive water conditions. Unlike standard resins that degrade rapidly when exposed to oxidized iron and sulfur compounds, Aldex C-800 maintains structural integrity and consistent exchange capacity across thousands of regeneration cycles. This media bed is housed in a NSF/ANSI certified 30" × 72" mineral tank with 20 cubic feet of treatment capacity, supporting sustained flow rates up to 250 gallons per minute at controlled pressure drop.
The system operates through a Clack WS3 industrial control valve with 3-inch Female NPT inlet and outlet connections, precision-engineered in the USA to automate backwash and regeneration cycles based on actual water usage and elapsed time. This valve ensures consistent performance without manual intervention, reducing maintenance demands while protecting media life under continuous demand. The entire assembly is built in Florida using ISO 9001 certified components that meet NSF/ANSI Standard 372 for lead-free compliance and NSF/ANSI 44 for performance validation. This is not generic equipment adapted for commercial use. This is Proudly Made in the USA infrastructure designed for high-concentration, high-volume well water applications where inferior systems fail within months.
Operational Confidence Across Every Fixture
After installation, the transformation is facility-wide. Showers no longer release sulfur vapors into occupied spaces. Laundry emerges white, not orange. Drinking water from break rooms and kitchens tastes neutral and clean. The WellFusion™ Elite 600K removes contaminants at the molecular level, protecting water heaters, boilers, and distribution infrastructure from ongoing corrosion and staining. Guests no longer notice odor. Staff confidence increases. Equipment operates efficiently. Water pressure remains consistent across all zones and floors.
This system supports commercial facilities, estates with 10,000+ square feet, multi-tenant properties, and agricultural operations with demanding water quality requirements. It is designed for environments with standard well pressure (20 to 80 psi) and handles seasonal demand fluctuations without performance degradation. Service life exceeds 10 years when maintained according to manufacturer guidelines. Backwash cycles are fully automated. Media replacement follows predictable intervals. The system operates continuously in the background, delivering results visible across every water outlet, every day. Pure Water. Pure Trust.

At AQUALIVIA, we stand behind the quality of our water treatment systems. Every product is built to last, and we are proud to offer strong warranty coverage for peace of mind. You deal with one company: us. AQUALIVIA is your warrantor, so there is no manufacturer to chase and no one else to negotiate with. One claim, one contact.
What's covered
Coverage is parts-only, for the original purchaser, and runs from the delivery date.
Tanks and core components:
- Mineral tanks: 10 years (up to 13" x 54"), 5 years for larger tanks
- Control valves: 5 years
- Brine tanks: 5 years
- Accessories and components: 1 year
By product:

- AquaRevive Holding Tank: 3 years
- AquaRevive Reverse Osmosis: 1 year (system only)
Every system: 30-day defect-on-arrival guarantee
"System only" means the unit is covered, but the filters, membranes, cartridges, and lamps inside it are consumables.
What's not covered
- Consumables and wear items: filters, resins, membranes, UV lamps, cartridges, and salt (except a defect on arrival)
- Damage caused by misuse, freezing, flooding, storms, power surges, or improper installation
- Damage caused by a non-AQUALIVIA part, or by operating the system outside normal water conditions or its rated specification
- Installation, labor, plumbing, and property costs
Using a non-AQUALIVIA replacement filter or part does not by itself void your warranty. What is not covered is damage that such a part actually causes.
Reverse osmosis, please note
Under-sink RO systems require professional installation, and we strongly recommend a leak sensor with automatic shutoff in the cabinet. Please read the RO Installation Requirements before installing.
